Osinachi Nwachukwu, a well-known Nigerian gospel singer, has died. The singer, who soared to fame with the single “Ekwueme,” which she co-wrote with Prospa Ochimana, died in an Abuja hospital on Friday night.
Her reason of death has not been revealed by her family.
At the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, she was a lead vocalist.
She was featured in numerous popular gospel songs, including Pastor Paul Enenche’s (Dunamis, Abuja) “Nara Ekele,” Prospa Ochimana’s “Ekwueme,” and Emma’s “You no dey use me play.”
